eXp Application
1) Apply to eXp Realty
This is a two-step process. First, click the “Apply” link below to fill out the Join Application. Then check your email for “ITEM 1: Activation” and COMPLETE your application and verify your email address.
2) Transfer License
eXp License Transer Instructions
After you apply, you will receive your ICA (Independent Contractor Agreement) from your broker. Keep this for your records.
**The transfer process is different depending on your county/state**
To transfer your license, email your broker for instructions OR text your Onboarding Specialist for specific instructions.
You will need to be apart of an MLS and Association of Realtors.

3) eXp Passport
After you transfer your license, you will receive and email “Welcome to eXp Passport!”. You will need to activate your passport.

4) eXp World Tour
After you activate your Passport, Schedule a virtual World Tour with your Onboarding Specialist. Visit Accounting, IT, eXp University, and your broker’s office to get familiar with your resources.

5) eXp Getting Started Guide
Set up your email alias, activate KVCore & Skyslope, and Begin FastStart Classes 101-114.
