started in this crazy real estate business in 1993… can you believe it? 30 years! I have been incredibly blessed to have helped over 4000 families with their real estate needs. It’s funny I am now representing my clients kids… and grandkids… Yikes!

What a blessing to have built a LIFETIME business where I get the privilege of helping generations of families build wealth through real estate.

Born and raised in Northern California with barely a high school diploma I feel incredibly blessed to have landed in the real estate industry which has changed my life and the life of my family in so many ways.

aised by a single mom who loved to read and wanted to make sure I had every opportunity possible in life. In fact, she loved to play Scrabble and would never let us win, telling us it was up to us to put in the work to figure it out.

his propelled me to literally READ THE DICTIONARY to try to find words to attempt to beat my mom at Scrabble… I never did.

This drive she created in me led me to create this quotes:

“You will get paid in direct proportion to your ability to figure stuff out”. Meaning, what is most important is being resilient and putting in the work to figure out things that others won’t.

And a favorite from Denzel Washington:

“Do what you HAVE to do so you can do what you WANT to do.

My mission is really to help you embrace the belief that you can build a business around your life instead of a life around your business.

For as long as I can remember I had a drive to build, create, inspire others to do things better for themselves and others.

I didn’t do well in school, barely squeaking by to graduate. My report cards always said “talks too much” which ended up working out for me!

I tried every kind of job you can possibly imagine from working in the laundry at a care home for the elderly before they had Depends… to moving lumber in a lumber mill. In fact, I joke frequently that I got fired from more jobs that I was hired too. Mostly because I would get so frustrated with the ways that people did things that did not allow the flexibility and freedom to work better and more efficiently.

What I realized was that each of these failed jobs was a stepping stone to my true strengths and passions. Which is helping others see what is possible!

Why is this important? Because I have seen far to many failed marriages, real estate orphans as my friend Kathy Courtney says all because we work in an industry that advocates working 24/7, always being on call, respond immediately to calls, texts or you wont be successful in real estate, and I am here to tell you that is not true and it is possible to have a thriving and highly successful real estate career all while raising a family, taking time off, focusing on what is most important… your life!

How do I know? Because after losing our oldest son at 10 years old to Adrenoleukodystrophy I fell into a tailspin of working 100 hour weeks and driving hard to be wildly successful because frankly work was easier than grief. I rarely saw my kids and almost ended up getting divorced because I was searching for that next deal, the top producer, in fact I still have a voice mail of my 5 year old son saying “mom are you coming home? Mom we were supposed to go see Shark Tales? Ok Mom I guess you aren’t going to make it, well I love you mom I will see you soon.

I cried my eyes out and at the end of the day…it wasn’t worth it.

How many movies, baseball games, school activities, special moments have you missed all to snag that next real estate deal?

I knew I had to find a way to create some sort of balance, some sort of way to build a business that did not consume my life.

I started creating boundaries, creating systems that would work with or without me, checklists to ensure that the same thing would happen for each and every client the same way every time.

Ultimately I learned to create a life and business that I LOVED in less time and much more profitable.

Most importantly I got my family and my life back.
