So she came up with the great idea of what if you broke those goals down to a micro level and just focused on what you could do each day? How would you rate each day?
In other words if you could make a list of a few things that done each day would help you accomplish your goal and you could rate how you did towards those goals each day… How did you do?

- Exercise
- Mediate
- Healthy Food Choices
- Get dressed Pretty/Professional. For those who are in sales or work for home… this is a BIG ONE!
- Make your sales calls/work on projects
- Never have lunch alone
- Stay within Budget
- Clean out/organize one closet/drawer/room
- Give out Compliments
- Write in Thankful Journal
This has been life changing for me in turning those frowns and frustrations about not making progress upside down!
